  Great experience just like every time we stop there. Everyone is very nice. Customer service rocks. Food is great everytime, no matter what you order.

  My husband, who has a gluten allergy, and I frequently eat at Cracker Barrels on our travels and have never had a problem. We are wondering if your wait staff receives training in this very serious allergy as our waitress appeared to have no idea of this condition. His food was delivered as requested tho we had our doubts. No action taken on three requests for lemon for beverages as well as late arrival of third side dish. We were never asked about rolls/biscuits for me as well as inquiry as to wanting dessert. Lastly, I noted on visit to rest room that the area behind the toilet was quite filthy. We hope perhaps it was just a bad night for this particular restaurant.
